How long does verification take?+
Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. We verify (1) military affiliation — veteran, active duty, or spouse; (2) active professional license or credential; and (3) the CONUS service areas you claim. You'll get an email when your badge is live.
What if I want to cancel?+
Cancel any time from your pro dashboard — no phone calls, no retention scripts. You keep access through the end of your billing period. First 30 days are money-back, no questions.
Which pro types are accepted?+
Real estate agents, mortgage lenders / MLOs, home inspectors, moving & logistics companies, VA loan specialists, property managers, contractors, and financial planners serving military families. If you serve PCS'ing families and hold a valid credential, apply — we review case-by-case.
Do you take a cut of my closings?+

What if I move (PCS) to a new base?+

Do I need to be a veteran to join?+
You need to be military-affiliated: veteran, active duty, National Guard / Reserve, or military spouse. Verification documentation is straightforward — DD-214, LES, dependent ID, or spouse ID card.
