Section 1

About These Terms

MilitaryPCS.com (the "Platform," "Site," "we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by MilitaryPCS LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Military Network LLC ("Military Network"). Military Network also owns MilitaryETS.com, with MilitaryMoves.com coming soon. References to "MilitaryPCS," "we," "us," and "our" throughout these Terms of Service ("Terms") refer to MilitaryPCS LLC.

By accessing or using MilitaryPCS.com, creating an account, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Section 2

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Section 3

Description of Services

MilitaryPCS connects military families — active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses — with verified veteran- and military spouse-owned professionals and businesses, including but not limited to real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, insurance agents, home inspectors, and home service providers. MilitaryPCS also provides planning tools, including the PCS Planner and AI Battle Buddy, and community resources related to military relocation, homeownership, and career transition.

MilitaryPCS is free for military families and consumers. Professionals and businesses seeking to join the verified network do so through a paid membership, described further in Section 9.

MilitaryPCS is not a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, insurance agency, or law firm. We do not provide real estate, legal, financial, lending, or insurance advice. All transactions and professional services are conducted directly between you and the professional or business you choose to work with. MilitaryPCS is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for the actions, advice, work quality, licensing status, or conduct of any professional or business listed on the Platform.

Section 4

No Government Affiliation

MilitaryPCS is a privately owned platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or any other federal, state, or local government agency. References to military benefits, VA loans, BAH, or other government programs are provided for general informational purposes only. For official, authoritative information about military benefits, you should consult the relevant government agency directly (e.g., va.gov, militarypay.defense.gov).

Section 5

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Section 6

Verification of Military Affiliation

MilitaryPCS may request documentation to verify military affiliation, including but not limited to DD-214 forms, enlistment contracts, or commander letters. We do not request or accept military identification cards (Common Access Cards or similar) as verification documents.

Documents submitted for verification are used solely to confirm eligibility for the Platform and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that any documents you submit are authentic and belong to you.

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access to the Platform if we are unable to verify military affiliation or if we determine that submitted documentation is fraudulent.

Section 7

Professional Verification (For Professionals and Businesses)

Professionals and businesses seeking to join the MilitaryPCS network must:

  • Verify status as a veteran, active-duty service member, or military spouse.
  • Provide proof of applicable professional licensure, where required by law for their industry.
  • Agree to MilitaryPCS's standards of conduct, including the prohibition on data auctioning, lead-selling, and exploitative advertising described in our Partner Pledge.

Verification of military affiliation and licensure does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any professional's competence, conduct, or the quality of their services. Military families are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting the professionals with whom they choose to work.

MilitaryPCS reserves the right to remove any professional or business from the network at any time, for any reason, including violation of our standards or receipt of credible complaints from the community.

Section 8

No Data Selling or Lead Auctioning

MilitaryPCS does not sell, auction, or broker consumer contact information or service requests to professionals or businesses. Consumers using MilitaryPCS choose which professionals to contact directly; we do not distribute consumer information to multiple competing businesses without the consumer's direct action and consent.

Section 9

Membership Fees (Professionals and Businesses Only)

Professionals and businesses may join MilitaryPCS through a flat-rate, tiered membership structure. Membership fees are flat-rate and are not calculated as a percentage of any transaction, closing, referral, or commission. Current membership tiers and pricing are available on our Membership page and are subject to change with notice.

Membership may be billed monthly or annually, as selected by the professional or business at signup. Cancellation terms are described on the Membership page at the time of signup.

Promotional Free Membership. MilitaryPCS may, at its sole discretion, offer professionals and/or businesses a free or discounted membership period for a limited time. Professionals and businesses accepting a free or discounted membership acknowledge and agree that, upon expiration of the promotional period, they will be automatically enrolled in and charged for the paid membership tier they selected at signup, at the then-current rate, unless they cancel prior to the end of the promotional period. MilitaryPCS is not obligated to provide advance notice beyond what is stated at the time the promotional offer is accepted, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify members before billing begins.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle is responsible for processing payments, billing, invoicing, collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes and VAT, currency conversion, chargebacks, and refunds in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. You can manage your subscription, download invoices, and request refunds at any time through paddle.net.

Section 10

Refund Policy

MilitaryPCS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new membership purchases. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email support@militarypcs.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle. Refund handling is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.

For full details, see our Refund Policy page.

Section 11

AI Battle Buddy

AI Battle Buddy is an AI-powered assistant that provides general information related to PCS moves, military benefits, housing, and relocation planning.

No Professional Advice. AI Battle Buddy does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, real estate, lending, insurance, or other professional advice. Its responses are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for guidance from a licensed attorney, financial advisor, tax professional, lender, real estate agent, insurance agent, or other qualified professional. No advisor-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of AI Battle Buddy.

No Guarantee of Accuracy. Information provided by AI Battle Buddy may not be accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your individual circumstances. AI-generated responses may contain errors, outdated information, or omissions, including with respect to figures such as BAH rates, VA loan entitlement, funding fees, or other benefit calculations. You should independently verify any information provided by AI Battle Buddy — particularly figures affecting financial or legal decisions — with an official source (such as the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or a licensed professional) before relying on it.

Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by AI Battle Buddy. MilitaryPCS is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI Battle Buddy's responses.

No Guarantee of Availability. AI Battle Buddy is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be unavailable, interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Data Use. Questions and interactions with AI Battle Buddy may be processed and stored to improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Section 12

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information, including false claims of military affiliation.
  • Use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm any other user or professional.
  • Attempt to circumvent our verification processes.
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse data from the Platform.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

Section 13

Intellectual Property

All content on MilitaryPCS.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by MilitaryPCS LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Section 14

Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant MilitaryPCS a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Services without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

Section 15

User-Generated Content and Reviews

The Platform allows users to submit reviews, ratings, and other content about professionals and businesses ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent that it is accurate, based on your own genuine experience, and does not contain false, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful material.

You grant MilitaryPCS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

No Endorsement or Verification of Content. MilitaryPCS does not verify the accuracy of reviews or ratings submitted by users and is not responsible for their content. Reviews reflect the opinions of the individuals who submitted them, not the views of MilitaryPCS.

Right to Remove. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content we determine violates these Terms, our community standards, or applicable law.

No Liability for User Content. MilitaryPCS is not liable for any User Content, including any errors, defamatory statements, or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, reliance on, or exposure to any User Content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

Section 16

Communications Consent

By creating an account or submitting a request through the Platform, you consent to receive communications from MilitaryPCS and, where you initiate contact, from professionals and businesses in our network, including calls, text messages (SMS), and emails related to your account, service requests, and platform updates.

Automated Communications. You agree that MilitaryPCS and its network professionals may contact you using automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded messages, or text messages, including for informational and account-related purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive automated communications is not a condition of using the Services, except where required to complete a specific request.

Opting Out. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email, replying "STOP" to text messages, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of transactional or account-related communications necessary to provide the Services.

Section 17

Electronic Communications and Signatures

You agree that MilitaryPCS may provide notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications to you electronically, including via email or through postings on the Platform, and that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Where the Platform requires you or a professional to sign a document or agreement electronically, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, consistent with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state law.

Section 18

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including government resources (such as VA.gov), installation information sites, and the independent websites of professionals and businesses in our network. These links are provided for convenience only. MilitaryPCS does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Section 19

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe that content on MilitaryPCS.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform;
  • Your contact information (address, phone number, email);
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices should be sent to our designated DMCA agent at legal@militarypcs.com.

Section 20

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

Section 21

Term, Termination, and Suspension

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. MilitaryPCS may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice , including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent verification documentation, or conduct we determine harms other users, professionals, or the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Professionals and businesses whose membership is terminated for violation of these Terms are not entitled to a refund of any portion of their membership fee, except as required by law or expressly stated in Section 10 (Refund Policy).

You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation instructions on the Platform or by contacting us directly.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 13–15, 19, 22–27) will survive.

Section 22

Modification or Discontinuation of Services

MilitaryPCS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, or any part of the Services (including specific tools such as AI Battle Buddy or the PCS Planner), at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Section 23

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MilitaryPCS does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any professional listed on the Platform will meet your expectations or perform services competently or lawfully.

Section 24

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilitaryPCS LLC, its parent company Military Network LLC, and their respective officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or your interactions with any professional or business found through the Platform.

Section 25

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MilitaryPCS LLC and its parent company, Military Network LLC, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any professional or business found through the Platform.

Section 26

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to Section 27 (Dispute Resolution; Arbitration), any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Section 27

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

You and MilitaryPCS agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver. You and MilitaryPCS agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one party's claims.

Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@militarypcs.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, this arbitration agreement will not apply to you, but the remainder of these Terms will continue to apply.

Section 28

State-Specific Consumer Notices

Certain states provide residents with additional rights or require specific disclosures. This section will be updated to include applicable state-specific notices (for example, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs).

Section 29

General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and MilitaryPCS regarding the Services.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure. MilitaryPCS is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, labor disputes, or internet or telecommunications failures.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights in any individual or entity that is not a party to these Terms, except as expressly stated.

Section 30

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email where required by law.
