MilitaryPCS LLC ("MilitaryPCS," "we," "us," or "our") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new membership purchases (Enlistment Basic, Officer Premium, General Platinum, and add-ons). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, tax collection and remittance, and refunds on our behalf, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout. From there, you can manage your subscription, download invoices, and submit a refund request directly.
- Email support@militarypcs.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout, and we will help you coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for cancellations after the 30-day window are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, which considers factors such as duplicate purchases, service issues, and applicable consumer protection law.
